A number of IT companies in the country united in the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association (KSSDA). The main mission is to enable IT companies to come out of the shadows.

Kyrgyz Association of Software Developers proposes the idea of creating High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as the Business Development and Investment Council, support the project.

This year, the HTP, with the assistance of the State Committee for Information Technology and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic and the support of UNDP, is launching a free online training project on Coursera, which hosts courses from Stanford, Yale, Princeton and open access to more than 4.2 thousand courses from top universities and world-class companies, with free professional certificates upon completion.
