Azis is a deputy head of the supervisory board of the HTP and also head of the board of directors of the Kyrgyz Software and Service Developers Association. Azis has heavily contributed in popularizing ICT profession in the country and has inspired many IT companies to grow and join international global markets. KSSDA aims at creating 50,000 jobs in the ICT sector by 2030.
Ermek is a head of the Board of Experts at the HTP and also leads information systems sector at the ICT department of the Jogorku Kenesh apparatus. He develops automatization plans of the Parliament activities, oversees implementation of new information systems, and ensures information security. He holds a master's degree with honours in mathematical modelling from KGUSTA.
Chubak joined to the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic in March 2019 and plays one of the key roles in the development and support of HTP residents. He is also in charge of consulting and recruting international and local IT companies and expanding global markets of HTP resident companies. He has more than 5 years of experience in the IT sector, in addition to 3-year sales and consultancy experience. He earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from AUCA and MS degree in Operations and Logistics Management from the University of East Anglia, UK. From 2013 to 2017, he was working as a sales and a project manager for local IT companies.
Zhasmin helps to ensure the smooth functioning of the Directory by engaging in administrative and operational work. Passionate for analytics, Zhasmin has gained knowledge and experience participating in business and economics competitions abroad and studying analytics and programming during an exchange semester in South Korea. She is adept at making analyses to gain insights about the IT-sector and the needs of HTP residents.
Kubanych is expert at the HTP and also Technical deputy director of government-owned enterprise "Infocom". He provides general coordination and management of software development, information systems, project management, and technical support departments. He also works out of enterprise strategy in the ICT sector. Kubanych has more than 15 years of experience in this sector. He holds a bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from the state university named after K. Tynystanov.
Ernis is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Kyrgyz Republic and also an expert of the Information Systems department of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Kanagat is in the Expert Board of the HTP and also an ICT consultant to the UN (Vienna).
He has extensive experience in working with international institutions in such domains as an integrated information systems, datacenters, project management, e-library and online education, data migration, network architecture, and many others.
Kanagat has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector and holds a masters degree in Computer Systems and Automatizations from Ala-Too University, and currently in the PhD program in Computer Science.
Pamirbek Zholbulduyev is a member of the Supervisory Board of the HTP and also a candidate of technical sciences and Vice-rector for financial and economic activities of the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N. Isanov, Associate Professor of the Accounting and Auditing Department.
Alina is the head coordinator of all events organised by HTP in commitment of accelerating IT companies in Kyrgyzstan. She also leads multiple projects focused on strengthening the tech ecosystem and IT education in the country. Her passion for innovative projects can be traced back to her 4-years managing experience in an international education program. Fluent in German, Alina was a proud exchange student in Leipzig University, Germany, one of the world’s oldest universities.
Andrey is an expert at the HTP and also the co-founder & general manager at TimelySoft LLC. His company was one of the first residents at the HTP. He has 18 years of experience in database design and development. Now he is developing cloud-based technologies for his clients. Andrey has a bachelor degree with honours in Information Systems and Internet, a graduate degree in Automated Data Processing and Management from the Kyrgyz State University, and masters degree in Software Engineering with honours form Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
Tattuu is a member of the Supervisory Board of the HTP and also a Director of the Civic Initiative of the Internet Policy. She plays an active role in shaping ICT development and regulation. She has been a member of numerous government councils on ICT, was an advisor of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also lead a number of civic initiative groups.
Aidai is in charge of overseeing all external communications for HTP and developing content to amplify opportunities for Kyrgyzstan’s IT market globally. After studying and living in Malaysia for 7 years, Aidai brings added value in helping Kyrgyzstan’s tech community to actively engage with the rest of the world.
As a Community Manager, Akmaral helps the residents of High Tech Space grow their businesses and thrive together as a community. She works on planning, building-up and implementation of projects aimed at development of the IT sector in Kyrgyzstan. Dedicated to her mission of promoting tech careers, Akmaral also runs a coding school for kids in her spare time.
Aidin is a member of the Supervisory Board at the HTP and also Deputy Minister of the Economics Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has held a number of senior positions in the Government and Presidential offices and has made contributions in shaping industrial policies of the KR. He holds a master's degree in international relations (economics) from the Waseda University, Japan.
Temir is a lawyer of the HTP Directorate, whose main duties include full legal support of the Directorate’s activities, including development and maintenance of the internal regulatory framework and supporting contractual relationships of the HTP Directorate, ensuring legal rights and interests of the HTP Directorate and its residents in the external context through cooperation with the public, private and international organizations as well as contributing to the development and sustainable functioning of the legal side of the IT sector.
Temir is a graduate of Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree Programs under the International and Business Law Department of the American University of Central Asia. He has work experience in environmental law, banking and microfinance law, corporate law, and non-profit law. He has professional knowledge and skills of corporate secretary, legal drafting expert, transactional attorney, legal entities formation and liquidation legal advisor, labor relations and tax legal consultant, litigator. His job history as of lawyer encompasses employment in public, private, non-profit organizations, and international projects.
Lira is a Supervisory Board Member at the HTP and also has headed the SFK Information Program since 2011, implementing various projects aimed at improving everyday life by introducing new information technologies. The main rule is that technologies should improve the quality of decisions made and increase the participation of everyone in making such decisions. Prior to joining SFK, she was Director of the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers’ Association (KSSDA) and led a number of projects of the “Civic Internet Policy Initiative” Public Foundation to protect the freedom of the Internet and the digital rights of citizens. Lira focuses on the latest trends in the use of technologies and data in education, healthcare, city management, and the creation of artificial intelligence. Most recently, she defended her master’s thesis “Rapid Training of Programmers on the Basis of Vocational Schools” at the University of International Relations in Geneva.
Ainura is a member of the Supervisory Board at the HTP and also is an experienced lawyer in the government agency "Kyrgyzyurserice". Besides considerable experience in practicing law, she has also been Parliament Member of the Kyrgyz Republic. Ainura holds a Master's degree in Law from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and also holds Economics degree from the Agrarian University of the KR.
