Chubak joined to the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic in March 2019, he plays one of the key roles in the development and support of HTP residents.
He is also in charge of consulting, recruting international and local IT companies, expanding global markets of HTP resident companies.
Chubak has more than 5 years of experience in the IT sector, in addition to 3-year sales and consultancy experience. From 2013 to 2017, he was working as a sales and a project manager for local IT companies.
He earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from AUCA, also, MS degree in Operations and Logistics Management from the University of East Anglia, UK.
Azamat Burzhuev is the Head of the Supervisory Board of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, leading the strategy engine of the technopark towards its mission and goals.
In addition, Mr. Burzhuev has been the head of the digitalization department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2021.
He has extensive experience in leading digitalization and information technology government agencies and in building a strong IT foundation in Kyrgyzstan.
From 2018 to 2019 he was the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Azamat Burzhuev is a co-author of a number of domestic digital products:

Participated in the development and implementation of IT projects of the State Tax Service (STS) and the State Customs Service (GTS) of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mrs. Mukanbetova held the position of CEO of KSSDA (2016-2021).

Ermek Niyazov is the Deputy Chairman of the HTP Supervisory Board, as well as the Director of CAVIS LLC. The company provides cloud technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Vice President and Commercial Director of JSC "Kyrgyztelecom", the National Operator of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Mr. Niyazov has extensive experience in finance and marketing, has collaborated with companies such as Oracle, Beeline, Cisco Systems.
He is a well-known entrepreneur who has created several startups in Kyrgyzstan, most of which are still working.
From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Niyazov served as Chairman of the Bishkek Business Club, an association that promotes and supports representatives of the Bishkek business community.

Milana helps to ensure the smooth functioning of the Directory by engaging in its administrative and operational activities. Marat is an HTP expert and the head of the IT department at BAKAI BANK.
He manages the departments of software development and quality, system administration, and technical support of the Bank.
He has 19 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, development, and integration of high-load systems.
Marat has a technical degree, having successfully graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
Saltanat is a media and marketing communications manager of the High-Tech Park Directorate, whose duties include the development and implementation of the organization's communication strategies, planning its marketing activities and evaluating the effectiveness of the results achieved, creating a common content strategy for the website and social networks, managing media projects ( from the concept and creation of a prototype to launch), interaction with HTP residents of the Kyrgyz Republic and the mass media to promote information technologies among the general public, participation in the preparation of creative and identification of promotion tools.

Chinara Ryskulova is a lawyer and a member of the HTP Supervisory Board.

Ms. Baikulova is a co-author of draft laws and regulations at the government level in the field of IT use, data protection, digital transformation, provision of digital services and interdepartmental information exchange.
Murad Karaev is a member of the HTP Supervisory Board, as well as the head of the sector for providing an electronic registration system, voting and a meeting room support system of the Information Technology Department of the Office of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 1997 to 2009 he worked as a manager affairs of the President of the KR, of the Department of material and technical support of the chambers of the LCD of the KR, a leading specialist in computer technology of the SNP of the LCD of the KR and a senior consultant of the Department of information and software and technical support of the Apparatus of the LCD of the KR.
