Chubak joined to the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic in March 2019, he plays one of the key roles in the development and support of HTP residents.
He is also in charge of consulting, recruting international and local IT companies, expanding global markets of HTP resident companies.
Chubak has more than 5 years of experience in the IT sector, in addition to 3-year sales and consultancy experience. From 2013 to 2017, he was working as a sales and a project manager for local IT companies.
He earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from AUCA, also, MS degree in Operations and Logistics Management from the University of East Anglia, UK.
Azamat Burzhuev is the Head of the Supervisory Board of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, leading the strategy engine of the technopark towards its mission and goals.
In addition, Mr. Burzhuev has been the head of the digitalization department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2021.
He has extensive experience in leading digitalization and information technology government agencies and in building a strong IT foundation in Kyrgyzstan.
From 2018 to 2019 he was the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Azamat Burzhuev is a co-author of a number of domestic digital products:
-AIS "Administration of insurance premiums";
-AIS "Register of vehicles and drivers";
-"Information system of identification of voters";
-AIS "Hybrid Mail";
Participated in the development and implementation of IT projects of the State Tax Service (STS) and the State Customs Service (GTS) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Shirin is the chairwoman of the expert council of the High Technology Park.
Mrs. Mukanbetova held the position of CEO of KSSDA (2016-2021).
Сurrently she is project manager, co-founder of IT-academy (1000+ programmers annually), program director of “Programming without barriers” (IT education for people with disabilities), program director of “Programmer Ayimdar” educational project for women empowerment in IT, co-founder of ”IT lyceums” (launched 9 IT vocational schools in regional cities of Kyrgyz Republic with Ministry of Education and Soros Foundation), product and project manager of Agro platform for providing food security in KR.

Mrs. Mukanbetova is USG alumni of IVLP exchange program Women in STEM “Hidden no more program” in 2018.
Ermek Niyazov is the Deputy Chairman of the HTP Supervisory Board, as well as the Director of CAVIS LLC. The company provides cloud technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Vice President and Commercial Director of JSC "Kyrgyztelecom", the National Operator of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Mr. Niyazov has extensive experience in finance and marketing, has collaborated with companies such as Oracle, Beeline, Cisco Systems.
He is a well-known entrepreneur who has created several startups in Kyrgyzstan, most of which are still working.
From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Niyazov served as Chairman of the Bishkek Business Club, an association that promotes and supports representatives of the Bishkek business community.
Since 2012, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Asia CJSC.

Milana helps to ensure the smooth functioning of the Directory by engaging in its administrative and operational activities. Milana got higher education at the Kyrgyz State Law Academy.
Specialist in the field of formation and implementation of state policy in the framework of the introduction of digitalization and e-government, information security, taxation, and customs. He has extensive experience in managing complex digital projects, as well as expertise in promoting legislative and managerial initiatives at the state level.
Previously, he served as Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service for Digitalization, and Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service for Digitalization.
Azis is a member of the HTP Supervisory Board and the founder of the Kyrgyz Association of Software and Service Developers (KSSDA), also HTP.
Besides, he is the founder and head of the IT company "Unique Technologies", one of the most successful software development companies in Kyrgyzstan.
Mr. Abakirov was an active member of the Bishkek Business Club, where he helped to communicate and establish contacts between business leaders of Kyrgyzstan.

Saltanat is a communications manager of the HTP Executive Management, a media expert, whose job responsibilities include the development and implementation of global and internal communication strategies of the Directorate, interaction with journalists to promote information technology among youth, educational institutions and the general public. In addition, Saltanat is engaged in effective representation of the Directorate in social networks, organization and coordination of events of various scales.
Saltanat received a higher education in KRSU and a master's degree in economics in KNU named after Zhusup Balasagyn, attended trainings on economic, digital and data journalism in foreign companies, a course of young leaders in Japan, a practical business management program at KRJC, a graduate of leading acceleration programs, including Accelerate Prosperity.

Marat is an HTP expert and the head of the IT department at BAKAI BANK.
He manages the departments of software development and quality, system administration, and technical support of the Bank.

Marat has a technical degree, having successfully graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
Jasmine plays one of the key roles in the development of HTP and the support of HTP residents. As a Residents Relations Manager, Jasmine takes care of current residents and oversees their business activities to ensure the sustainability and growth of IT companies. Jasmine would be your point of contact on business and strategic development matters.
Having an economics degree and being an active community member in Ala-Too International University in Kyrgyzstan and Solbridge International Business School in South Korea, Jasmine has knowledge in economics, business development, and industry data analysis.
Her work experience includes research and exports promotion in Investment Promotion and Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, outsourced US accounting in the biggest trucking company in Kyrgyzstan, administrative work, and research in High Technology Park.
Chinara Ryskulova is a lawyer and a member of the HTP Supervisory Board.
From 2003 to 2011 she worked in the executive branch of Kyrgyz Republic, and from 2011 to present - in the legislative branch.
Mrs. Ryskulova an expert of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on transport, communications, architecture and construction.
She has the class rank of "Adviser of the Public Service of the 1st class".
Bakytbek Azimbaev graduated from the Kyrgyz Technical University. I. Razzakova in 2003 and since then has been working in the IT field.
He was directly involved in the modernization, maintenance, and support of information systems and software and hardware complexes in such companies as RSK Bank OJSC, Nurtelecom LLC, UNHCR.
Bakytbek has teaching experience - at the Kyrgyz Technical University. I. Razzakov, where he taught specialized disciplines in network technologies and information security.

Ms. Baikulova has more than 25 years of legal practice and legal consulting in the state and commercial spheres, international and non-profit organizations. In addition, also she has 13 years of experience in analyzing, developing and implementing advanced research in the legislative and regulatory framework in the field of ICT, personal data, and digital innovations in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ms. Baikulova is a co-author of draft laws and regulations at the government level in the field of IT use, data protection, digital transformation, provision of digital services and interdepartmental information exchange.
Murad Karaev is a member of the HTP Supervisory Board, as well as the head of the sector for providing an electronic registration system, voting and a meeting room support system of the Information Technology Department of the Office of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 1997 to 2009 he worked as a manager affairs of the President of the KR, of the Department of material and technical support of the chambers of the LCD of the KR, a leading specialist in computer technology of the SNP of the LCD of the KR and a senior consultant of the Department of information and software and technical support of the Apparatus of the LCD of the KR.
