The Digital Agenda in the era of Globalization 2.0 took place in Almaty, dedicated to the innovation ecosystem of Eurasia, where important issues were raised about the development and support of the IT ecosystem of CIS countries, themes like “Benefits of the innovation ecosystems of the EAEU countries”, “Activation of the innovation infrastructure of the EAEU countries”, “Measures of state support for innovative ecosystems”, “Support and development of talented youth”. The purpose of the forum is to develop joint measures that will accelerate the development of digital economies of the EAEU countries, increasing their competitiveness. The main topic of discussion is the prospects for the integration of Eurasian technology parks, the creation of joint innovation projects, the exchange of experience on the promotion and support of start-up companies and young IT specialists. Within the framework of the forum “Digital Agenda in the era of Globalization 2.0.”, a plenary session was held with the participation of the Prime Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and the Vice Prime Minister of Armenia, as well as international experts. The speakers of the forum were the founders of the largest IT-companies, heads of international IT-technology parks and more than 50 representatives of the technological industry of the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Singapore, Switzerland and the CIS countries. In addition, the Forum program included five panel sessions on the EAEU digital agenda, innovation ecosystem, Industry 4.0, achievement of sustainable development (with the participation of UN representatives), and digitalization of SMEs. According to the results of the event, the heads of the largest technoparks of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation. The document was signed by Altynbek Ismailov, Director of the High Technology Park (Kyrgyzstan), Adlet Nurgozhin, General Director of the International Technopark of IT Startups “Astana Hub” (Kazakhstan), Arkady Dvorkovich, Director of the “Skolkovo” Foundation (Russia) and Bagrat Yengibaryan, Director of the “Enterprise Incubator” Foundation (Armenia). The areas of cooperation within the framework of the memorandum, the parties designate: The desire of the parties to cooperate in the following areas: the establishment of direct partnerships between the Parties; exchange of experience, consultation on the development of start-up ecosystems, including venture financing mechanisms; participation of experts in conferences, seminars, forums, B2B meetings and other events; creation of partnerships networks for mutual scaling of the activity of resident companies in the markets of the participating countries; reducing the technological gap between the participating countries; facilitating the digital development of the participating countries; creation of effective business partnerships network; the launch of joint programs for the exchange of experience of technology parks and start-ups in order to develop an innovation ecosystem and other areas of mutual interest related to the development of start-up projects in the field of innovation ecosystem.
