The Director of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic believes that technology should serve people. Deputy Director of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (HTP). He contributes to the development of the country’s IT ecosystem and technology exports. He has more than 10 years of experience in IT and seven years in sales and business development. He attracts international and local technology companies to HTP and advises them on residency, tax incentives, legal structuring, and business scaling. He previously worked for local IT companies, as well as Amazon UK and Marks & Spencer. Chairman of the Board of Directors of INAI Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics and a member of the Higher Accreditation Council.

Deputy Director of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic. He oversees the Park’s legal affairs, including regulatory matters, legal support for HTP residents, and compliance of the Park’s activities with applicable legislation.

Advisor to the Director Prepares analytical materials and strategic proposals for the development of the IT industry, technology ecosystem, and high-tech sector. Contributes to scientific publications, professional conferences, and organizational initiatives of the HTP Directorate.

Head of the Organizational and Financial Support Department Oversees the organizational and financial support of HTP projects, including procurement and tender procedures. She contributes to the development of an integrated science and culture cluster featuring an immersive museum, laboratory facilities, multimedia infrastructure, and landscaped public spaces.

Senior Manager of the Organizational and Financial Support Department, Chief Accountant Organizes and oversees the accounting operations of the HTP Directorate and ensures the timely preparation of accounting, tax, and financial reports. Coordinates with banks and government authorities and supports audit and tax inspection procedures.

Manager of the Organizational and Financial Support Department Maintains the accounting records of the HTP Directorate, oversees financial and economic transactions, and monitors cash flow.

Junior Manager of the Organizational and Financial Support Department Provides administrative support for HTP operations and contributes to procurement processes. Assists with document preparation, coordination of internal processes, and the timely completion of the Department’s ongoing tasks.

Head of the Future Ecosystem Department Oversees the development of HTP’s international cooperation, innovation, and science and technology ecosystem, as well as engagement with government institutions, universities, development organizations, and international partners. Leads initiatives in artificial intelligence, DeepTech, STEM education, technology commercialization, and international projects aimed at strengthening the innovation potential of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Manager of the Future Ecosystem Department Works on the development of startups, educational and scientific initiatives, and the IT community. She supports talent development through educational programs, hackathons, and community-building activities. She is committed to creating opportunities for learning, collaboration, and transforming ideas into practical solutions that contribute to the sustainable growth of local communities and the global technology ecosystem.

Manager of the Communications Department Manages social media, publication planning, content distribution, and photo and video coverage of HTP activities. Contributes to communication initiatives and ensures the consistent presentation of the Park’s projects across digital channels. She follows current trends and contributes to the creation of modern, high-quality content.

Junior Manager of the Communications Department Develops HTP’s visual identity at the local and international levels. Creates visual concepts, prepares corporate and presentation materials, and supports the Park’s key initiatives throughout the entire process, from concept to implementation. Transforms complex ideas into clear and consistent visual solutions.

Head of the Resident Operations Support Department Oversees operational support for HTP residents and coordinates their interaction with the Park Directorate. Ensures that resident companies comply with the established requirements and operating conditions under HTP legislation.

Lead Manager of the Resident Operations Support Department Provides operational support to HTP residents and facilitates their interaction with the Park Directorate. Advises companies and assists them in complying with the requirements established under the legislation governing HTP in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Manager of the Resident Operations Support Department Advises resident companies on operating within HTP, helps them navigate regulatory requirements, and provides timely support throughout all stages of their activities.

Manager of the Resident Operations Support Department Supports companies in obtaining and maintaining HTP resident status and advises them on applicable requirements and procedures. Facilitates effective communication between residents and the Park Directorate and assists in the timely resolution of operational and organizational matters.

Junior Manager of the Resident Operations Support Department Manages departmental records and provides documentation support. Processes and maintains records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and provides administrative support for HTP operations.

Head of Global Development Department Develops HTP’s international cooperation and supports the growth of Kyrgyzstan’s local IT ecosystem. With more than six years of experience, she helps technology companies enter global markets and promotes Kyrgyzstan as an emerging international technology hub.

Manager of the Global Development Department Works to attract international technology companies to HTP and develop global partnerships. Introduces potential partners to the opportunities offered by Kyrgyzstan’s technology ecosystem, advises companies on operating within HTP, and supports communication with international businesses.

Manager of the Organizational and Financial Support Department Has more than 14 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting complex technical and infrastructure solutions. He develops and maintains websites, administers information systems, improves digital infrastructure, and ensures the stable operation of IT services.
