Particular attention was paid to cooperation among technology companies, educational initiatives, and potential employers, as well as opportunities to leverage the infrastructure and ecosystem of HTP KR to further strengthen collaboration.

Development of the Contact Center Industry and Adoption of Artificial Intelligence

One of the central topics of the discussions was the development of the contact center industry in the Kyrgyz Republic and the application of modern digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Representatives of the Korean delegation shared their practical experience in organizing workflows, recruiting personnel, and managing teams. In particular, they discussed challenges identified by companies over three years of operations and potential approaches to improving recruitment and human resource management practices.

Special attention was given to the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies capable of automating certain workflows, increasing productivity, and reducing language barriers in specific tasks.

The participants also explored the potential of AI solutions in supporting the expansion of contact center workforces. It was noted that the use of such technologies could reduce Korean language proficiency requirements for certain categories of employees. However, language skills, an understanding of Korean business culture, and the ability to manage international teams remain essential for supervisors and managers.

Training Qualified Professionals and Developing Human Capital

Another important area of discussion was workforce development for Korean companies, particularly in the contact center and digital services sectors.

Delegation representatives emphasized that professional competency requirements vary depending on specific positions and responsibilities. In addition to technical skills, proficiency in Korean and English, written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment are highly valued.

For managerial positions, particular importance is attached to leadership qualities, an understanding of Korean corporate culture, and the ability to establish effective working relationships with employees in Kyrgyzstan.

During the discussions, representatives of Korean companies expressed their willingness to independently organize training and professional development programs for local specialists based on employers' needs.

The Korean delegation also expressed interest in expanding cooperation beyond the High Technology Park to include other government organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic.
