
Revenue Growth of High Technology Park Residents in 2025 - KGS 17.1 billion, up 50% year-on-year
This high growth rate reflects the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan’s IT ecosystem and the increasing role of the sector in the country’s economy.
Residents of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (HTP) showed strong growth in 2025. Total revenue reached KGS 17.1 billion (≈ $195.4 million), 50% higher than in 2024 (KGS 11.4 billion or ≈ $130.3 million).
Exports remain the dominant share
Exports from HTP residents in 2025 totaled KGS 16.3 billion (≈ $186.3 million), representing 95.3% of total revenue.
By comparison, in 2024, exports reached KGS 10.67 billion (≈ $122 million), accounting for 93.57% of total revenue.
Thus, export volume increased by 52.8%, while its share in revenue grew by nearly 2 percentage points.
Export geography also expanded: HTP companies operated in 64 countries in 2024, and in 2025, this increased to 70 countries worldwide.
Residents and job creation
By the end of 2025, HTP had 463 resident companies.
Approximately 3,000 jobs were created, reflecting further expansion of the IT sector and growing demand for qualified professionals.
Increase in contributions to the state
In 2025, HTP residents contributed to the state budget:
- Social security contributions - KGS 142 million (≈ $1.62 million), up 34.6% from 2024 (KGS 105.5 million, ≈ $1.2 million)
- Personal income tax - KGS 284 million (≈ $3.25 million), up 42.6% from 2024 (KGS 199.2 million, ≈ $2.3 million)
Total tax and social contributions reached KGS 426 million (≈ $4.87 million), compared to KGS 304.7 million (≈ $3.5 million) in 2024 — an overall increase of almost 40%, highlighting the growing contribution of the IT industry to Kyrgyzstan’s economy.
