High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic at ICT Week Uzbekistan

Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan — A delegation from the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (HTP KR) will participate in one of Central Asia's largest technological events — the International Week of Information and Communication Technologies, ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026. The event will take place in Tashkent, with this year's focus centered on technological entrepreneurship under the strategic banner "Land of Startups."

The key event of the integration agenda will be the OTS Technology Forum, which will be held on September 23, 2026, at the CAEx Exhibition Center (Hall 2). The forum aims to bring together leaders of prominent technology parks, venture capitalists, and representatives of innovation authorities from the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) to establish practical mechanisms for building a unified digital ecosystem.

Within the framework of the forum, a presentation is scheduled by Jasmin Eshmambetova, Head of the Global Development Department at HTP KR. During the presentation, forum participants will be able to learn about the current activities of the Park, the growth dynamics of the IT market in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the active tax incentives and legal frameworks that ensure the unique investment attractiveness of the special HTP regime.
