Meet the Kyrgyz Tech Companies at Web Summit 2026

The HTP KR delegation will feature four resident companies representing different areas of software development, business automation, and technology-driven services:

Shark Guard is developing a B2B platform designed to help insurance agencies, brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), and insurers assess risks associated with commercial trucking companies in the United States. The platform aims to bring together carrier registration records, safety indicators, violation histories, and other relevant data, reducing manual research and supporting more efficient insurance risk assessments. The project is currently in its MVP development stage and is seeking potential clients, technology partners, and investors.

Namadgi Tech, part of Namadgi International, is a technology company operating in Kyrgyzstan. Founded in Australia by Robert Laidlaw, an IT leader with over 25 years of international experience, Namadgi International also has offices in Kyrgyzstan and Romania. Biamino develops its own multifunctional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system featuring integrated artificial intelligence capabilities. The company also works on other software solutions aimed at supporting business processes and digital transformation.
